Due to the progress of the times, people are under more and more pressure nowadays. Depression has become one of the three major diseases in the world, and the horror of depression is unimaginable. Therefore, we want to explore what causes them to attack, and through the first chapter. A film from a single perspective gives a better understanding of how you feel and how you feel when you are depressed, as well as how to treat it. We used four conditions that occur in depression, and then used four corresponding methods to relieve symptoms. I hope that this work can guide the audience and let everyone know the seriousness of depression. I also hope that everyone can help friends who are suffering from depression and accompany them out of the darkness.
